Refund policy

Tinytold is operated by Augmentic AB. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), and refunds are issued through Paddle.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with your Tinytold subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. This applies to first-time purchases of monthly and yearly plans.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund in either of two ways:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. Paddle's order portal lets you request a refund directly.
- Email us at support@tinytold.com with your order email or receipt and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
When refunds are processed
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After the 30-day window
After 30 days we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, but you can cancel at any time from your account and your subscription will not renew. If something goes wrong on our side (for example a billing error or an extended service outage), contact us and we'll do the right thing.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including any cooling-off or withdrawal rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
